Short film featuring pupils from PERSPEKTIEF school, Antwerp Municipal Education.
Fifteen-year-old Lena is struggling due to the immense pressure from school and home, but finds support from classmates Maya and Noor, who discover her crying in the restroom.
Together with other girls, they form a secret support group in an empty study room to speak openly about their feelings—or lack thereof. Despite being caught by a teacher, they are given permission to continue, provided they look out for each other. The film concludes with a poster through which the group expresses their feelings. The film paints a vulnerable picture of teenagers struggling with mental pressure.
